Lead HR Strategy in a Growing Manufacturing Organization

We’re partnering with a well-established industrial manufacturer in Wood Dale, IL , seeking a strategic HR leader to join their leadership team. This is an opportunity to shape HR strategy, drive organizational development, and influence company culture in a dynamic production environment.

If you have 10–15 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing and a proven track record of leading HR teams , this role offers the visibility and impact you’ve been looking for. Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design
• Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, compensation strategy, employee relations, and compliance
• Champion employee engagement and cultural initiatives across multiple departments
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and employment laws while promoting a safety-first culture
• Lead benefits strategy and vendor negotiations to optimize employee programs
• Mentor and develop HR team members to support business objectives

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 10–15 years of HR leadership experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Strong expertise in employment law, compensation strategy, and organizational development
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
