Are you a compassionate and experienced RN with a heart for end-of-life care? The VNA of Hanover & Spring Grove is seeking a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team in a full-time weekend role . This is a unique opportunity to provide meaningful care and support to patients and families when they need it most.
Schedule:
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. (36 hours/week)
What You'll Do:
- Deliver skilled, compassionate nursing care to hospice patients in their homes or facilities.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients, families, and caregivers.
- Ensure thorough documentation and compliance with hospice care regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse licensed in Pennsylvania.
- 1–3 years of hospice or related nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Passion for providing high-quality, holistic care.
