The Inspectors of Election, LLC is looking for a part-time Election Specialist to join our team! This role will primarily be overseeing election meetings with opening and tabulation of ballots, with occasional travel to election sites required. This role will also require frequent trips to the post office to pick up and drop off mail, as well as data entry to register ballots into our database. This is an entry-level position with definite potential for growth. Starting pay for this position is $22/hr plus opportunity for bonuses.

Requirements:

• Flexible availability – 20 to 25 hours per week (up to 40 hours per week during peak seasons)
• Must be willing to work between 11 am and 8 pm (hours will vary)
• Familiar with most business and design (Adobe) softwares
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
• Inventory, maintenance and warehouse management
• Carry 30lbs short distances and lift overhead
• Ability to adhere to standard operating procedures that are consistent with our culture
• Effective and diplomatic verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and multiple priorities
• Analytical
• Detail oriented
• Organized
• Highly focused
• Effective time management
• Evenings and weekends availability required
• Some out of town/overnight travel may be required
