Located in beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida, Coastal Marine Yacht Service Center offers mobile, dockside service covering the entire state. We are equipped to handle anything your yacht requires, from routine maintenance to complete repair and refurbishment. Our team is dedicated to ensuring you get the most enjoyment out of your vessel and keep you on the water.

This is a full-time role for a General Manager in Yacht Service. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include maintaining inventory, coordinating repairs and refurbishments, and upholding safety and compliance standards. This is an on-site role located in Punta Gorda, FL.

• Experience in managing operations and staff in a service environment
• Knowledge of yacht maintenance, repair, and refurbishment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage inventory and coordinate service schedules
• Understanding of safety and compliance regulations
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in the marine industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Business Management or Marine Engineering
