Objectives :
The Operations Trainer at Fluffy Fluffy is responsible for training and developing new and existing employees in various
operational areas. The role focuses on menu procedures and processes, including both dine-in and takeout service, to
support the company's strategic direction. The main goal is to ensure adherence to Fluffy Fluffy's high standards of
quality, consistency, and customer service. By facilitating the efficient delivery of soufflé pancakes, Fluffy all Day Long
items, various drinks, and desserts.
Key responsibilities include :
- Conducting comprehensive SOP training for all operational tasks and menu item preparation, including:
- Operational functions (including dine-in and takeout processes)
- Menu procedures and preparation, specifically for soufflé pancakes, Fluffy all Day Long items, drinks, and
- desserts.
- Quality control measures to ensure product consistency and presentation
- Exceptional customer service standards aligned with Fluffy Fluffy's brand values
- Providing ongoing guidance and support to employees as a resource for operational and menu-related questions
- and challenges.
- Collaborating with management to implement new policies and procedures related to operational efficiency and
- menu offerings.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of training programs through observation, feedback, and performance metrics, and
- identifying areas for improvement.
- Regularly assessing training needs across different locations and roles to ensure that employees have the
- necessary skills to excel.
- Maintaining accurate records of employee training, certifications, and development progress.
- Communicating training progress, challenges, and recommendations to leadership and relevant department
- managers.
Qualifications include :
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant operations, customer service, or a related field, with a
- demonstrated ability to train and develop employees.
- A strong understanding of operational workflows, particularly within the restaurant or food service industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite or similar software for creating training materials and tracking progress.

Location :
This position is preferably based in the Atlanta area and will involve working at or supporting the Fluffy Fluffy locations in
Marietta, Buford, Tucker, Duluth, and Doraville. Occasional travel may be required to conduct training in Miami, Orlando,
and Huntsville, AL, as needed.
