Your Role:

As a Floor Care Porter, you will create a clean and welcoming environment that enhances the comfort and well-being of our residents, guests, and staff. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity to learn about long-term care while earning a competitive wage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
  • Perform comprehensive floor care tasks.
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a safe and organized space.
  • Respond quickly to housekeeping requests from residents and staff.
  • Operate cleaning equipment, including buffing machines and vacuums.
