Invictus Inc. is a mission-driven marketing and advertising firm representing 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations committed to social justice, public health, and youth safety across the Bay Area. We partner with clients tackling urgent issues—from the opioid crisis to gun violence in schools —and help bring their life-saving programs to the communities that need them most.

We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant to support our live events, fundraising initiatives, and community outreach efforts. If you’re looking for a purpose-driven role with room to grow, this is your opportunity to build a career while making a difference.

• Assist in the execution of nonprofit marketing and fundraising campaigns
• Represent 501(c)(3) organizations at community events, schools, and public venues
• Set up branded displays, engage attendees, and communicate program missions effectively
• Promote awareness of client programs and encourage community support and involvement
• Collect feedback, contact info, and donor details to support long-term campaign success
• Collaborate with campaign managers and marketing team members
• Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to grow your leadership skills

• Strong passion for community impact, public service, or nonprofit work
• Excellent communication and people skills—comfortable in face-to-face public settings
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in events, customer service, or marketing is helpful but not required
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a team setting
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
