What You’ll Do
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Event Manager to lead and grow our birthday parties, corporate events, and private rentals. This individual will be responsible for developing exciting event packages, managing a team of party hosts, and ensuring guests have seamless, unforgettable celebrations.
Event Planning & Execution
· Oversee all aspects of event coordination, including bookings, setup, staffing, and post-event follow-ups.
· Develop and implement event packages and add-ons to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
· Coordinate closely with Café and Operations teams to deliver smooth, integrated guest experiences.
· Manage all communications with clients from pre-event consultation to post-event feedback.
Team & Guest Relations
· Recruit, train, and lead a team of enthusiastic party hosts and coordinators.
· Maintain a high standard of service, ensuring every guest feels celebrated and cared for.
· Act as the primary on-site contact for all event clients, ensuring execution meets expectations.
· Resolve any issues quickly and professionally to protect the guest experience and brand reputation.
Administration & Reporting
· Track event metrics including bookings, upsells, guest feedback, and revenue.
· Create and maintain reports to assess event success and identify areas of improvement.
· Ensure CRM systems and guest communication logs are accurately maintained.
What You Bring to the Team
· 3+ years of experience in event planning, coordination , or hospitality management, preferably in the Family Entertainment, Indoor Amusement, theme park, Hospitality, or high-volume facilities .
· Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
· Strong leadership and communication skills; High energy and personable .
· Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
· Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
· Comfortable with event software, scheduling platforms , and customer communication tools .
· Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays .
