Mach & Rico Floors — celebrating 20 years of excellence in tile, hardwood, and stone installations for high-end custom builders across the DC Metro area — is seeking a remote estimator experienced with Procore to join our growing team.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience estimating within Procore (Bid Board, Cost Catalog, or Estimating modules).
- Can read construction drawings , perform digital takeoffs , and prepare detailed turnkey proposals.
- Understand trade-level details in tile, hardwood, or flooring (preferred but not required).
- Communicate clearly and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven, remote environment.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare and submit bids for custom residential and small commercial projects.
- Work directly in Procore with our internal Project Management and Purchasing teams.
- Coordinate material pricing and verify quantities with vendors.
- Track awarded projects through to kickoff for a smooth handoff to the field team.
What we offer:
- Compensation: $55,000–$70,000 DOE + quarterly performance bonus.
