We are seeking an Entry-Level Project Manager to join our growing sign manufacturing and installation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field who is eager to learn project coordination and management in a fast-paced, creative industry.
In this role, you will support senior project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing sign fabrication and installation projects — from initial design to final delivery — ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with managing multiple sign projects from design through installation.
- Coordinate between design, production, permitting, and installation teams to ensure smooth project flow.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and material orders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to maintain clear project updates.
- Review design drawings, site surveys, and specifications for accuracy.
- Prepare project documentation, including proposals, estimates, and progress reports.
- Support project closeout by ensuring all deliverables, permits, and approvals are completed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational and communication skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic understanding of construction, manufacturing, or design processes a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
