We’re hiring an enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of live events, community campaigns, and promotional marketing activations .
This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in event logistics , brand promotion , and audience engagement —no prior experience required. If you’re outgoing, organized, and eager to grow, we’ll provide the training and support you need to thrive.
Assist with event planning, setup, and on-site support for community outreach and promotional events
Represent meaningful, mission-driven campaigns and communicate key messages to event attendees
Distribute marketing materials and provide engaging, informative interactions with guests
Build positive relationships with local businesses , community partners, and attendees
Collect and organize event feedback to inform future strategies and enhance performance
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications , or a related field is a plus (not required)
Prior involvement in events, volunteering, or campus activities is a bonus
Excellent people skills with clear, confident communication
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments
