About the Role:

As an Event Assistant, you'll be on the front lines of community engagement —helping to organize and deliver memorable experiences that connect people with important causes and respected brands. From setup to execution, you’ll help ensure every event runs smoothly while building your skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with event planning, setup, execution, and breakdown

  • Represent the organization as a brand ambassador at community and promotional events

  • Collect attendee feedback and help evaluate event success

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
