We’re hiring Entry-Level Event Assistants to help us organize and execute local events and promotional campaigns for nonprofit organizations. This is a hands-on role perfect for anyone looking to launch a career in event planning, marketing, or public outreach .
What You’ll DoAssist with setup, breakdown, and execution of community-based marketing events
Interact with attendees to promote nonprofit campaigns and share key information
Support team leaders with on-site logistics, promotional material distribution, and crowd engagement
Maintain a positive brand image and help ensure a smooth and professional event experience
Collect attendee feedback and provide insight to help improve future outreach
Work collaboratively with your team to meet campaign goals and event targets
Must be 18+ and available for full-time, in-person work (some weekends/evenings)
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
Great communicator with a team-first attitude
Highly organized and comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced settings
Passionate about nonprofit missions and community engagement
No prior experience required — we’ll provide full training!
