Thinks 1.5 mil sales now-was covered by Justin Miller who went to a rep firm-not need a senior person and could be 5-7 yrs experience-midlevel-he is thinking a 75k base and 150k TC may be a stretch. Is heavy PT-50% is Dodge gearboxes-open to PT or IA. Love to find someone with Keyence or SMC experience-says co is up 28% at midyear partly due to new product lines.
Also says he has a Scranton-Hazelton-Williamsport territory open for nearly a year-says boss will not post job but if I found someone, thinks Ian would hire them. So cannot authorize a search but let him know if I come up with a candidate.
