Now, we’re looking for a Director of Sales to support top-line growth across retail, eCommerce, licensing, international expansion, and B2B sales.

What You'll Own & Drive
- Revenue Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy that maximizes sales across all channels (eCommerce, retail, international, B2B).
- Retail & eCommerce Expansion: Support growth efforts across Amazon, Shopify, big-box retail, liquor stores, and specialty channels.
- B2B Sales: Support & scale on-premise and corporate sales to hotels, stadiums, event venues, and premium hospitality.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop high-value licensing and brand collaborations to unlock new revenue streams.
- Data-Driven Sales Execution: Leverage insights, KPIs, and performance data to optimize pricing, promotions, and growth strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in a senior sales leadership role with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in omnichannel sales.
- Experience leading sales across DTC, Amazon, big-box retail (e.g., Target, Costco, Total Wine), and B2B.
- Proven success in launching and scaling international markets.
- Strong negotiation and partnership development experience, ideally with licensing agreements and retail buyers.
- Analytical mindset – comfortable making data-backed decisions and optimizing for revenue.
- Passionate, hands-on, and eager to roll up your sleeves in a fast-growing, innovative company.
