Sibling is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead CI/CD strategy and DevOps best practices in a growing Azure environment.

• Build pipelines from scratch
• Azure DevOps + IAC (ARM/Bicep/Terraform)
• Leadership + hands-on technical role
• Hybrid in Greensboro, NC

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $140,000–$160,000
• Bonus: Up to 10%
• Full Benefits Package (medical, 401(k), PTO, etc.)

You’ll own DevOps end-to-end—helping us scale infrastructure, streamline deployments, and mentor a small team.
