Our client, large Union located in Capitol Hill, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist for a long-term temporary position. This onsite role, conveniently accessible by Metro, offers a 35-hour workweek, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking a balance between career growth and personal fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and manage program data, ensuring consistency and correctness for grant-related documentation.
  • Assist with tracking certification information and distributing certification cards.
  • Respond to inquiries from students regarding certifications and course-related questions.
  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring all records are current and properly archived.
  • Support administrative tasks such as answering phones, preparing reports, and organizing files.
  • Collaborate on the preparation of materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team.
  • Must be able to climb a ladder to reach the files

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • MUST HAVE Database, data entry and scanning experience
