Title: Principal Analytics Data Engineer

Location: Miami, Florida OR Chicago, Illinois

Environment: Hybrid, 3x/week onsite

Duration: FULL TIME, DIRECT HIRE

Pay: $140k-$165k salary + 14% Bonus!

Minimum Requirements:

10+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer
3+ years of experience as a lead and mentoring others as a Senior Lead Data Engineer with a focus in Analytics
MUST HAVE proficient skills and experience with Databricks, AWS, Python, PySpark, AND SQL
Proven experience with pricing, churn, client retention, optimization models
master's or bachelor's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance. or electrical engineering
Matrix Organization Experience: 3+ years of experience working in a matrix organization, where you have a product/pod leadership directing the team to achieve use case goals.
AWS Certification: AWS certification is highly desirable, reflecting your expertise in cloud technologies and services.
Deep experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), Data Modeling, and Data Architecture, highlighting your ability to design and maintain data solutions.
