Overview
At Quality Recovery, we’re growing fast… and so are our patients' needs. As a Customer Success Representative, you’ll be the go-to person for new customers. Your success will be measured by how well you build strong relationships, provide ongoing support, and drive product adoption. All of which will enhance patient outcomes and customer satisfaction. . You’ll guide customers through the early stages of adoption, help solve problems before they pop up, and spot opportunities to expand the value we deliver.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead the onboarding experience from kickoff to go-live. Training, setup, and making sure no detail is missed.
Troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and serve as the main point of contact for the clients.
Build trusted relationships with clients, staying in regular contact to offer support, strategy, and solutions.
Retention & Upsell: Monitor customer happiness scores, identify at-risk accounts, and develop strategies to improve retention; collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell opportunities
Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction scores, product usage, and churn.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years in customer success, onboarding, or account management (bonus if you’ve worked with healthcare, MedTech, or SaaS).
Startup mindset: flexible, fast, and always ready to learn or jump in.
Great communicator. You’re clear, friendly, and confident across email, calls, and presentations.
Experience with Electronic Medical Record Systems(EMR) or healthcare workflows
You notice the small stuff, ask the right questions, and make people feel supported every step of the way.
