Customer Success Specialist
We're seeking a Customer Success Specialist to ensure clients receive an exceptional experience from onboarding through ongoing support. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for customer issues (excluding sales), helping to build loyalty and support retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Address inquiries related to orders, pricing, and product usage
Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and support
Use data to proactively address potential issues
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong communication and project management skills
Customer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Tech-savvy; experience with Salesforce or similar platforms a plus
Flexible schedule availability between 7:30AM–6:30PM EST
