About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and adaptable Client Success Specialist to support customers in maximizing the value of our cloud-based platform. This multifaceted role involves onboarding, training, troubleshooting, support, and contributing to product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide day-to-day support
  • Conduct live training sessions and develop self-help resources
  • Troubleshoot platform, reporting, and reconciliation issues
  • Manage support cases and lead specialty client projects
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve issues and enhance the product
  • Provide guidance to align the platform with client requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles or accounting software
  • Experience in customer service, project management, or operations is a plus
  • Proficiency with Excel and data analysis
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Spanish fluency is a bonus but not required
