About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and adaptable Client Success Specialist to support customers in maximizing the value of our cloud-based platform. This multifaceted role involves onboarding, training, troubleshooting, support, and contributing to product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and provide day-to-day support
- Conduct live training sessions and develop self-help resources
- Troubleshoot platform, reporting, and reconciliation issues
- Manage support cases and lead specialty client projects
- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve issues and enhance the product
- Provide guidance to align the platform with client requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field
- Understanding of basic accounting principles or accounting software
- Experience in customer service, project management, or operations is a plus
- Proficiency with Excel and data analysis
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Spanish fluency is a bonus but not required
