Job Title: Landscaping Laborer / Crew Member
Location: DeWitt, MI
Compensation: $15$18/hr
Schedule: Full-Time, Year-Round
About Sustain Sustain Lawn & Landscape is a year-round provider of premium lawn, landscaping, hardscaping, grading, drainage, snow removal, and seasonal cleanup services. Based in DeWitt, MI, we serve the Greater Lansing area with integrity and a commitment to excellence.
The Opportunity We are hiring
entry-level and experienced Landscaping Crew Members . No experience? No problemwe provide paid training. Have experience? Youll grow fast with more responsibility and higher pay.
Responsibilities - Mow, trim, edge, and perform general lawn care.
- Assist with landscape installsmulch, planting, edging, sod.
- Support seasonal projects (spring/fall cleanups, winter snow removal).
- Help with hardscape builds: patios, retaining walls, grading, drainage.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional job site.
Qualifications - Must be reliable and eager to learn.
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
- Previous landscaping experience is helpful but not required.
- Reliable transportation to/from DeWitt shop daily.
