Job Overview Creative Project Manager — Long term Contract, Hybrid, Downtown Cleveland (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). NO FLEX. Accessible via public transportation. Our CPG client is seeking a Creative Project Manager on a contract basis to assist with outside agency work while routing proofs through the internal creative team. Most campaigns are digital with some print elements; digital is the priority. This role will also assist with managing deliverables for the national sales meeting. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day coordination of creative campaigns led by external agencies, including brand initiatives, content production, and paid media integrations. Build and maintain project timelines, task lists, and status reports to ensure on-time delivery of assets across all phases. Coordinate cross-functional communication between brand, marketing, media, and legal teams to keep projects moving forward. Track campaign budgets and scopes of work in partnership with internal stakeholders and agency partners. Monitor progress against deliverables, meet internal and external deadlines, and flag risks early to help resolve blockers. Support documentation, status updates, and approval tracking across stakeholders to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. National Sales Meeting responsibilities: act as the central coordinator for all creative deliverables tied to the National Sales Meeting; develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines, coordinating internal teams and external production partners to ensure timely progress across workstreams. Track key production milestones, deadlines, and dependencies in collaboration with internal teams and external production partners. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring they are updated on timelines, risks, and outstanding needs. Partner with event leads, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to confirm all creative assets are submitted, approved, and delivered on time. Maintain up-to-date budget trackers for all creative deliverables. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or advertising. 5+ years of project management experience in a marketing, events, or creative/production environment (corporate or agency-side). Experience with Workfront is a must have. Proven experience managing creative timelines, workflows, budgets and deliverables across multiple projects or campaigns. Experience supporting large-scale events in a project coordination or production support role. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership capabilities.
