Creative Operations Specialist - 6+ Month Contract, Hybrid Schedule in Irving, 40 hours a week!

Robert Half, Marketing & Creative is looking for a  Creative Operations Specialist for a client in the Irving area. The  Creative Operations Specialist will be managing creative workflows trafficking email and digital projects.  Creative Operations Specialist will be reviewing, proofing and handling quality assurance on all project requests.  Creative Operations Specialist will be coordinating multiple teams ensuring deadlines are met, briefs and assets are accurate and approved.

Creative Operations Specialist - 6+ Month Contract, Hybrid Schedule in Irving, 40 hours a week!

Creative Operations Specialist MUST have the following to be considered:

• Availability to be on-site 3 days a week in the Irving area
• Project Management software tool experience - Wrike, Airtable, Asana, Workfront, Monday.com, Basecamp, etc.
• Proofreading & editing skills
• Both  print and digital experience, direct mail, online, websites, landing pages , etc.
• Agency, retail or studio experience preferred
