This highly diverse, international boutique law firm seeks a Corporate Associate to join its tightly knit team. The firm emphasizes work/life balance, offering flexible remote/hybrid options and a low billable hour expectation of 1600 hours. The balanced and collegial culture of the firm has attracted BigLaw ex-pats from such firms as O'Melveny Myers, Sidley Austin, and Winston & Strawn.
The incoming attorney will work with both Fortune 500 companies as well as emerging companies. The work is extremely sophisticated, with the firm regularly working across such major firms as Cooley and Goodwin.
This role is 2 days/ week in San Francisco.
Base compensation is $150k-$190k.
