RemacUSA, Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Estimator with 2–5+ years of experience in estimating, bidding, and proposal writing. We specialize in demolition, environmental remediation, and recycling across the DMV region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform take-offs, scope reviews, and cost breakdowns
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and schedules
- Analyze subcontractor quotes and maintain historical cost data
- Support buyout, budgeting, and turnover processes
- Present bids to management and assist in contract negotiations
Qualifications:
- Experience with demolition or heavy civil estimating
- Strong skills in Excel, Bluebeam, and estimating software
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented with strong cost control knowledge
- Familiarity with platforms such as Construct Connect, BuildingConnected or SmartBid is a plus
Details:
- Location: Potomac, MD (in-office & on-site only)
- Salary: $95,000 – $135,000
- Benefits: Health insurance, PTO, fuel reimbursement, development support
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift (weekends as needed)
