We are looking for a Commerical Real Estate Appraiser Assistant in Tucson! In this role, you will get to learn how to price commercial real estate. You will get mentorship and support as you learn how to price office, retail, apartments, and other properties across Arizona. If you are eager to learn and grow, this is a great place to do it!
You will be mentored by the owner at a boutique commercial real estate firm in Tucson, AZ. The owner has 18+ years of experience as a commercial real estate appraiser. You will get hands on experience. Commercial real estate appraisers are in high demand and in short supply given the specialized education and necessary hours of apprenticeship. Over time you will become more
autonomous and perform most activities without assistance over time. You will do a large amount of writing and analyzing information for commercial real estate appraisals.
All of your classes and exams will be paid for as you progress through your commercial real estate career. There is potential for upward movement to becoming a fully certified commercial real estate appraiser once you have the required courses and education! This job is in the office in the Sam Hughes Neighborhood just outside the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ.
Please note this is an hourly position that averages 30 - 40 hours weekly. In addition to an hourly rate, a commission is available.
