Location: Seattle, Washington
Salary: $120,000–$160,000 annually (DOE)
Status: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Occasional weekends and evenings required
Travel: Required to local offices and job sites
Overview:
Great Basin Staffing LLC is urgently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate commercial HVAC, plumbing, and process piping projects. This role requires a self-starter who can independently manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, maintain client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of HVAC/plumbing/process piping projects
- Lead client communications, proposals, budgeting, and change orders
- Oversee labor coordination and project scheduling
- Ensure contract compliance and cost control
- Support recruiting, mentoring, and internal collaboration across departments
- Conduct site visits and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC or plumbing project management ($50K–$25M+)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead projects independently and develop client relationships
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
