CLERK-TYPIST - PART-TIME - NON-COMPETITIVE

(17.5 - 19.5 HOURS PER WEEK)

STARTING SALARY: AS PER ACSRPA CONTRACT

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain confidentiality;

• Serve as a positive, enthusiastic, productive team member;

• Adherence to deadlines and due dates;

• Familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel;

• Office skills, including typing, telephone, data management and record keeping;

• Well-developed communication skills for working with team members and families;

• Knowledge of/ability to manage purchasing processes.

Tasks include:

• Budget requisitions and purchase orders;

• Collaborate with district registrar in regards to UPK;

• Support and update elements of district website;

• Information dissemination to district families;

• Monitor and track grant spending;

• Data entry;

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Computer skills and good knowledge of office terminology, procedures and equipment are required. Knowledge of office operations is preferred.
