Position Overview:

• Pay Range: $2,100–$2,500 per week

• Weekly Home Time: 34-hour reset every week

• Route Details:

  • Starts in Ridgefield, WA

  • Travels through WA, OR, ID, MT

  • 2–4 loads per week with 3–4 stops each

  • Consistent, repeatable routes with no surprises

Job Responsibilities:

• Hand-unloading with rollers: Physical work that’s key to the higher pay
• Rolling boxes (usually under 30 lbs) onto a portable conveyor into the store
• Flexible shift options — both day and night shifts are available, but flexibility is important

Pay Structure:

• Hourly pay based on experience:

  • $29.00–$30.50/hr for 0–48 months of experience

  • $31.00/hr for 49+ months

• Overtime Pay : after 40 hours, $43.50–$46.50/hr based on experience

• Weekly pay: $2,100 to $2,500+

• Bonus opportunities : Safe & On-Time bonuses

What We’re Looking For:

• CDL-A License and 21+ years old

• 3+ months of recent tractor-trailer experience

• No SAP drivers

• Clean driving record
