About the Role
The Company is seeking a Career Coach to provide essential coaching services that support students in the completion of their Career Development Portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the campus Career Link team to build and execute strategies that align with the company's goals. This includes one-on-one and group coaching to help students with resume building, LinkedIn profiles, mock interviews, and employer engagement. The role also involves leading efforts to promote career coaching opportunities, conducting workshops, and collaborating with various campus stakeholders to foster a career development culture. Applicants must have an Associate's degree in a related field, a minimum of 2 years' experience in career development and coaching, and proficiency in standard career assessments. The role requires a commitment to diversity, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. The Career Coach will also be involved in professional development, and training programs, and must be willing to travel. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and the candidate should have a deep understanding of student career coaching best practices and a strong ability to promote an inclusive environment.
