We are looking for Pastry Chef who specializes in Argentine and Italian style deserts, cookies, and cakes. This person must take pride in their craft and be able to produce quality products. Buenos Aires Bakery & Cafe is known for always having fresh items on hand. The ideal candidate will be able to produce high quantities of product while never sacrificing quality. They must be able to produce our staple products and bring new imaginative ideas to the table.

Birthday Cakes
Specialty Cakes
NY Cheesecake
Ricotta Cheesecake
Flan
Cannoli's
Masas Finas (Mini Deserts)
Individual Desert Portions
Sheet Cakes

Understand how to work with:
Dulce de Leche
Fresh Fruit
Ganache
Fondant
Meringue
Puff Pastry Decorator, Cake maker, Argentine and European pastries. needs experience

A very busy bakery. Needs to know how to work in large volumes.
