• Earning potential 650,000
• 170,000 Sign on Bonus
• Base plus production 
• partnership track 
• Resident and Fellowship stipends offered, and while in fellowship, one can moonlight with group to get acclimated early on
• Ability to work 1 day per week remotely and flexibility to work part time as an option
