About the Role
The Company is seeking dedicated individuals to join its Board of Directors. The successful candidates will be instrumental in guiding the organization as it expands its impact and opens a new campus. Board members are expected to attend regular meetings, serve on committees, and actively participate in fundraising and development efforts. The ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to the mission of the organization, which is to support women in their journey to reclaim their lives from addiction and achieve long-term wellness and community reintegration. Key responsibilities for Board Members include approving budgets, monitoring the organization's fiscal health, and assisting with strategic planning and policy approval. The Company is particularly interested in individuals with professional skills and community connections in the areas of fundraising, facilities management, law (property or employment), and organizational planning and development. A personal annual contribution of $1,000 or more is also required. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of women and their families, and to be part of a team that is dedicated to the values of recovery, equity, and community health.
