RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Dress in a neat and business-like manner
- Be punctual, maintain a good attendance record and keep appointments with customers
- Presence on the sales floor or lot to meet and greet customers
- Arrange test drives for customers to demonstrate the features and options of the vehicle
- Complete paperwork that the Dealership requires for purchase and financing
- Exceed customer expectations by providing excellent customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highly motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team
- Organized with a positive attitude
- Ability to overcome objections for the purpose of closing a vehicle sale
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Valid Nevada Driver’s License or able to obtain, and good driving record
- Able to obtain Nevada state sales license
