A respected and expanding Bay Area defense practice is hiring a Litigation Associate . This position offers the chance to handle a diverse general liability caseload, including personal injury, wrongful death, tort defense, landlord-tenant disputes, and construction defects , while working fully remote .
Attorneys may reside anywhere in California , provided they have an active California Bar license. Optional office space may be available in San Francisco or Walnut Creek .
