Overview Assisted Living - Memory Care Director of Activities — Full-Time (40 hours/week), must be available for weekends, evenings, and flexible hours We are searching for an inspiring and innovative Memory Care Director of Activities to take the lead in our vibrant Memory Care neighborhood for up to 36 residents. Responsibilities This is a hands-on position supervising activities assistants in addition to leading activities. Coordinating special events, entertainers, family events, support groups, etc. Personalizing programs to meet the needs of our residents\' population. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in dementia care. College degree preferred; supervisory experience a proud asset. Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) or eligibility for certification. Strong understanding of the psychological, emotional, and social needs of the elderly and geriatric populations. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
