What You’ll DoOwn the phones. Dial, text, and email warm web, social-media, and event leads—no cold lists.
Qualify fast. Use our proven discovery script to confirm homeowner interest, project scope, and buying timeline.
Book it solid. Schedule in-home or virtual design consultations that fit both customer availability and rep territories.
Update the CRM. Log calls, next steps, and appointment outcomes in our CRM—accuracy is money.
Hit & stretch goals. Consistently exceed daily contact, set, and show metrics to unlock tiered commission accelerators.
Collaborate for win-win. Provide real-time feedback to marketing on lead quality and trending objections.
2+ years of high-volume appointment setting or inside sales success (home improvement, solar, or HVAC a plus).
A hunter’s mindset with top-5% talk-to-listen ratios and objection-handling finesse.
Command of CRM software.
Polished phone presence, clear written communication, and reliable follow-through.
