JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for answering phones and greeting visitors
- Performing basic clerical tasks around the office including data entry, filing, and organizing office supplies
- Copying, Scanning, and Organizing files
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Serve Motions, Applications, Complaint and other legal documents
- Managing office calendar
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Must be able to multitask
- Experience with Microsoft Office Programs
- Bilingual a plus
