Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time or Part-Time (25–40 hours/week)

 

Job Duties:

• Process and post customer payments in SAP; reconcile accounts
• Run weekly AP checks, manage credit card payments, and support month-end AP
• Help with customer credit setup and administrative finance tasks
• Assist the Controller with a research project

 

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day shift | Flexible hours (25–40 hours/week)

 

Pay: $24–$25/hour

 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in AP/AR or bookkeeping
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with SAP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A proactive, self-motivated work style
